You can initiate a return
within 24hours to the vendor/seller
if you purchase from our platform when the product you receive is wrong,
defective or counterfeit.
When returning an item,
ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its
original packaging. The seller/vendor is to approve and instruct the
administrator (foodstof.com) to refund the money upon the return of the
product.
The Administrator shall refund payment upon
approval from the vendor. Where the product has been returned to the
vendor/seller but fails to initiate or approve refund, please use the support
button.
